This is the best class to start learning the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In this class the
fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu are taught for any beginner. Along with the fundamentals
this class focuses on self-defense situations, so that ANYONE can learn to defend
themself in a street fight.

The class is taught with an emphasis on situational sparring only. This way
all students can become comfortable and proficient with a variety of different
positions, before proceeding to a full sparring experience in the Advanced class.
